Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI payments, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs.1000.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by visiting our website and entering your order number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping for just Rs.29. You can add gift wrapping at checkout along with a personalized message card.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to Rs.1000. A small COD handling fee of Rs.20 applies. For orders above Rs.1000, please use our secure online payment options.

Are the product images accurate?
We photograph all products in studio conditions to show accurate colors and details. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, but we strive for accuracy.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions (length, width, height) in both inches and centimeters. Please measure your space before ordering.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We have a growing collection of eco-friendly products made from sustainable materials. Look for the "Eco-Friendly" tag on eligible products.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 days for other areas. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available for select pin codes at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.499. For orders below Rs.499, a flat shipping fee of Rs.49 applies.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver to most pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page or at checkout to check delivery availability and estimated delivery time.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
How do I return a product?
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 2-3 business days.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Bank credits may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
Yes! You can exchange products within 7 days. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item. Exchange is subject to availability.

How do I clean my home accessories?
Care instructions vary by material. Generally, dust regularly with a soft cloth. For specific care guidelines, refer to the product description or care label.
Can I use water to clean ceramic/glass items?
Yes, most ceramic and glass items can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals. Hand wash only - these items are not dishwasher safe.
How do I maintain wooden products?
Keep wooden items away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust regularly and occasionally apply furniture polish or wood oil to maintain the finish.
Are planters waterproof?
Check the product description - some planters have drainage holes and are meant for outdoor use with direct soil, while decorative planters may need a liner or are better for faux plants.
