What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You can also reschedule via the tracking link sent to your phone.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Address changes may be possible if your order hasn’t shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and new shipping pin code.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India only. All 6-digit pin codes across India are serviceable.
Are my products insured during shipping?
Yes, all Trendify India shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A ₹20 COD handling fee applies. Prepaid orders ship faster as they skip payment verification.
