How Returns Work
Raise a Return Request
Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery through My Orders on our website.
Review Process
Our team will review your request and verify the details (usually within 24–48 hours).
Approval
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.
Free Pickup
We will arrange a FREE reverse pickup from your registered address through our courier partner.
Refund / Replacement
After the item passes quality check at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Eligibility Criteria
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories are intact
- The product is not damaged due to customer misuse
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products
- Perishable goods and food items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
- Products without original packaging or tags

Refunds initiated within 2 business days after quality check

Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of cost before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
