Warranty Coverage

At Trendify India, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase comes with our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction through our comprehensive warranty program.

Standard Warranty

All Trendify India products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Structural integrity of the product
  • Assembly and fastener security
  • Closure and latch mechanisms
  • Finish deterioration under normal use

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Luxury and Signature Collections come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers structural defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This enhanced coverage includes:

  • Free hardware tightening and security checks
  • Complimentary cleaning and restoration
  • Structural repairs
  • Hardware and closure replacements

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or impact damage
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage resulting from improper care or storage
  • Damage caused by chemicals or cleaning agents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Natural changes in materials over time (such as patina or fading)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, you can submit a claim through any of the following methods:

  1. Online Form: Complete our warranty claim form with details about your purchase and the issue you're experiencing.
  2. Email: Contact our customer service team at support@trendifyindia.com with photos of the item, your proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  3. In-Store: Visit any Trendify India retail location with your piece and original proof of purchase.

All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate your claim within 5-7 business days and provide options for repair, replacement, or other resolution.

Repair Services

Even for issues not covered by warranty, we offer professional repair services for allTrendify India products:

  • Part replacement
  • Structural repair
  • Hardware replacement
  • Refinishing
  • Restoration
  • Professional cleaning

Repair pricing is determined after evaluation by our team. We'll provide a quote for your approval before proceeding with any non-warranty repairs.

Product Care

Proper care extends the life of your products and maintains your warranty coverage. We recommend:

  • Storing items carefully to prevent scratching
  • Keeping products away from excessive moisture
  • Keeping products away from harsh chemicals and direct sunlight
  • Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and appropriate cleaners
